1.Tour Prices and Surcharges
Our tour prices are based on the currency exchange rates at the time the request for a tour price quote is made. Please reconfirm the cost of your tour when you book with us. We reserve the right to impose surcharges during the high season, and including weekends, holidays, festivals or conventions, due to increases in accommodation prices, transportation costs, local operator costs, etc.
2.Deposit
20% deposit is required at the time of initial reservation.
3.Payment
Payment of the balance of the tour price is due 7 days before the tour departure date. If this balance is not paid on or before the due date we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, even for groups that have paid a deposit.
4.Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the cancellation notice is received before
30 days before cancellation : No charge (100% refund)
15-29 days before cancellation : 20% of the total charge (80% refund)
8-14 days before cancellation : 50% of the total charge (50% refund)
3-7 days before cancellation : 80% of the total charge (20% refund)
2 day before ~ the day of cancellation : non-refundable
☆ For a refund, we will refund after deduction of cancellation charge and any commission may occur during money transfer
☆ The tours including tickets for Aquarium, Hangang River Cruise, Amusement Park, Observatory, Rail Bike, Water Park or Spa cannot be canceled or refunded before 1-6 days or during the tour.
☆ All days mentioned above are based on working days.
5.Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that, at the time of booking, you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering the period you are away from home. When purchasing travel insurance, you should check that you are adequately covered for medical costs and personal accident, loss or damage to property and baggage, loss of traveler’s checks, money and credit cards.
