Changing of the Royal Guard at Gyeongbokgung Palace

Visit the Gyeongbok Palace. 'Gyeongbok' means 'felicitous blessing'. It is the first palace that was built on the foundation of the Joseon Dynasty(1392-1910) and is also the first governing palace. As much as it is the most important palace in the history of the dynasty, it is also quite enormous. Perhaps due to the luckiness conveyed by the name 'Gyeongbok', this new dynasty was able to last 600 long years through glory and shame.

Bukchon Hanok village and Insadong

Then venture to the Bukchon Hanok Village and Insadong alley, a historic district with some of the old, traditional Korean houses in downtown Seoul. Then head to Hongdae area(Hongik University Street) where is packed with trendy cafes and unique shops & the cultural events, street performances.

Hongdae area

Then, you will look around to hustle and bustle Hongdae area where is a neighborhood known for its youthful and romantic ambiance, underground culture, and freedom of self-expression. Unique cafes, cozy galleries, accessory stores, fashion shops, live cafés and clubs, art markets, and gourmet eateries make this a popular hangout for local youth and a fascinating place to walk around.

N Seoul tower

You will visit Seoul N tower. The 236.7-meter tower sits atop Namsan Mountain (243m). The observatory offers panoramic views of Seoul and the surrounding areas. Then, you will head to the last destination of the tour, Banpo bridge on Han river to watch "Rainbow Fountain show". Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain is the world’s longest bridge fountain. When the sun goes down, 200 lights illuminate the fountain as it sends up dancing, rainbow-colored jets of water in the air in synchronization with music.
